Valheim is an open-world survival and exploration game inspired by Viking culture and Norse mythology, set in a mysterious procedurally generated world known as the Tenth World. Playing as a fallen Viking warrior, you must survive in a vast and dangerous land filled with ancient creatures, mythical beasts, and powerful enemies. Explore diverse biomes, from peaceful meadows and dark forests to frozen mountains, swamps, and mysterious oceans, each hiding unique resources, secrets, and challenges. Gather materials, hunt wildlife, craft weapons and armor, cook meals, and develop new technologies to prepare yourself for increasingly dangerous encounters. Build anything from a simple shelter to massive Viking longhouses, fortified villages, and impressive castles, while managing structural integrity and creating a comfortable home. Sail across open seas aboard Viking ships in search of undiscovered lands, uncover hidden locations, and challenge powerful bosses known as the Forsaken to prove your worth to Odin. The game features a rewarding progression system where exploration, crafting, building, and combat are closely connected, making every discovery an important step toward survival. Whether you choose to face the challenges alone or team up with friends, Valheim offers an immersive adventure filled with freedom, creativity, exploration, and the spirit of Viking legends.
